33 Sistema porta di tipo complanare/filomuro con telaio perimetrale in alluminio estruso verniciato a finitura porosa di colore bianco. Il telaio Massima può essere considerato come un prodotto verniciato finito, ma grazie a questa finitura speciale che funge da primer è adatto anche ad essere pitturato con vernici all’acqua. L’effetto delle pitture applicate su un solo lato della porta provoca un effetto di tiratura con conseguente imbarcamento dell’anta. Si consiglia il bilanciamento con la stessa lavorazione eseguita CONTEMPORANEAMENTE su entrambe le facce. Il sistema è disponibile con due sezioni di profilo differenti, sia nella versione a spingere che quella a tirare. Il telaio è corredato da una serie di allargamenti di differenti misure per coprire le principali dimensioni delle partizioni murarie standard presenti sul Mercato. Gli allargamenti vengono fissati in modo rigido al telaio sia attraverso un incastro di tipo “a baionetta” su tutto il perimetro del telaio, sia con la doppia cianfrinatura nei 45°. Questi estrusi sono realizzati con la stessa finitura del telaio e costruiscono la spalletta del muro semplificando e velocizzando il montaggio del sistema con un risultato finale perfetto. Nella versione con sistema chiusura scrocco a rullo gli allargamenti sono traslati ad allargare la luce di passaggio per consentire il passaggio del cilindro in Teflon del sistema. Insieme a telaio e anta viene fornito un kit di montaggio che comprende sia le zanche metalliche per l’installazione su muratura, sia delle squadrette speciali per l’installazione su cartongesso. Le squadrette svolgono la funzione di distanziatori a scorrimento in altezza e larghezza per correggere eventuali imperfezioni o fuori squadro della sottostruttura metallica delle pareti in cartongesso. La confezione è corredata inoltre di rete in fibra di vetro da fissare al perimetro del telaio nella fase di intonacatura o rasatura (per muratura) al fine di prevenire screpolature o fessurazioni. L’anta Massima è di tipo tamburato dallo spessore 58 mm, costituito da tassello perimetrale in fibra di legno MDF di 15mm (garantisce una perfetta regolarità della superficie di supporto alla laccatura), due tasselli strutturali 35+35mm in legno massello di legno pregiato essiccato netto di nodi, struttura interna di tipo alveolare in carta kraft pressata a caldo con fogli in fibra di legno in MDF di spessore 5/8 mm esterni. L’anta potrà essere ordinata con vernice di fondo “tipo cementite” spruzzata su facce e bordi anta, oppure laccata.
